YES Old Fashioned

3 oz. Re:Find Rye Whiskey
2 YES Old Fashioned Sugar Cubes *
Orange Peel (flamed suggested) for Garnish
Option: To sweeten the cocktail, add 1 bar-spoon of cherry syrup

In an old fashioned glass, muddle sugar cubes. Add rye and one large ice cube. Stir for 30 seconds to get the dilution.

Cut a large orange peel. Strike a match. Hold the peel directly over the cocktail with the skin side of the orange facing the flame. Press on the orange to express the oils and ignite the flame as it drops into the cocktail. Rub the burned orange peel around the rim of the glass then use it as a garnish in your cocktail (or discard).

Makes one 4 oz. cocktail.

Re:Find Old Fashioned

4 oz Re:Find Whiskey - Rye, Wheat, Bourbon or.[e] Barrel Finished Vodka
1 oz. Bittermilk Old Fashioned Syrup*
Garnish with Cherries or Orange Peel

Add the ingredients into a rocks glass with ice, (preferably one large cube) and stir. Garnish with cherries or an orange peel and enjoy!

Makes one 5 oz. cocktail.

Blackberry Whiskey Sour

4 oz. Re:Find Rye Whiskey
2 oz. YES Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer *
2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemon or Mint for Garnish

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker** filled with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass, with or without ice, and garnish.

Makes two 4½ oz. cocktails.

**When using whiskey, stir ingredients in a mixing glass versus shaking to enhance aromatics and obtain dilution.

Whiskey Sour

4 ½ oz. Re:Find Rye Whiskey
1 ½ oz. YES Meyer Lemon Sour Mixer*
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice (or to taste)
Optional: Egg White

Without Egg: Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 30 seconds.

With Egg: Combine all ingredients into a shaker without ice and shake (dry shake) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds to chill.

Strain into a rocks glass or coupe.

Apple Spic[e] (Only Available in Holidays)

2 oz. Re:Find Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with an apple slice, and enjoy!

Cranberry Thyme (Only Available in Holidays)

3 oz Re:Find Rye Whiskey
4½ oz. Iconic Cranberry Thyme Mixer
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish with Thyme or Craberries

Adjust proportions according to your taste.

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass with or without ice, garnish and enjoy.

Re:Find Manhattan

2 oz. Re:Find Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica Formula or Cinzana 1757)
2 dashed Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients and stir. Serve in a coupe with maraschino cherry.

Fair Time

2½ oz Re:Find Whiskey - Rye, Wheat, Bourbon or.[e] Barrel Finished Vodka
1 oz. YES Honey Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Sage Leaves (1 for garnish)

Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a sage leaf.

Mulberry Bush

3 oz Re:Find Rye Whiskey
3 oz. Iconic Mulberry Rose Mixer
¾ part Fresh Lime Juice
Orange Peel for Garnish

Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass, and garnish with an orange peel.

The perfect remedy to winter colds! Add the ingredients into a mug and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and cloves. Feel better!

Thai One On

1 oz. Re:Find Rye Whiskey
½ oz. Re:Find Kumquat Flavored Vodka
1½ oz. Mandarin Juice
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Thai Chili Syrup (see below)
1 teaspoon Charred Pineapple
2 Dashes of Apricot Bitters (Cecil & Merl Brand)
 

Pineapple Juice
Cut the skin off a pineapple and grill for 10 minutes
Puree the grilled pineapple and set aside

Thai Simple Syrup
Combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water into a pot and cook in the stove over low heat for 20 minutes. Add 6 Thai chilis. Let the sugar dissolve and cool to room temperature. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Citrus Juice
Juice & strain fresh lemons and mandarins

Mix Cocktail
Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain.
