2 oz. Re:Find [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
1 oz. Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
filled with ice. Shake, garnish with lemon, and enjoy!

2 oz. Re:Find [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
1 oz. Liquid Alchemist Orgeat Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
filled with ice. Shake, garnish with lemon, and enjoy!

1 ½ oz. RE:FIND Barrel Finished Vodka [e]
½ oz. Carpano Antica Vermouth
1 Bar Spoon - ⅛ oz - Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel and a maraschino cherry.

1 oz. Re:Find Kumquat Liqueur
1 oz. Re:Find [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
1 oz. Honey Syrup
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

To make the honey syrup, add 1 part warm water to 1 part honey and shake vigorously until combined. Then, add all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour into a champagne coupe and garnish with a slice of lime.

1 ½ oz. Re:Find [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Honey Syrup
4 Sage Leaves

To make the honey syrup, add 1 part warm water to 1 part honey and shake vigorously until combines. Then, add all of the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a glass of choice, garnish with sage, and enjoy.

Thai One OnThai One On

1 oz. RE:FIND [e] Vodka Finished in Barrel
½ oz. RE:FIND Kumquat Liqueur
1 ½ oz. Mandarin Juice
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Thai Chili Syrup (see below)
1 teaspoon Charred Pineapple
2 Dashes of Apricot Bitters (Cecil & Merl Brand)
 

Pineapple Juice
Cut the skin off a pineapple and grill for 10 minutes
Puree the grilled pineapple and set aside

Thai Simple Syrup
Combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water into a pot and cook in the stove over low heat for 20 minutes. Add 6 Thai chilis. Let the sugar dissolve and cool to room temperature. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Citrus Juice
Juice & strain fresh lemons and mandarins

Mix Cocktail
Add all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake, and strain
